authority from Cabinet Member to set the reserve price for a sale
by auction of the former Ada Belfield Home for Older People, Field
Lane, Belper, DE56 1DE, to authorise the Director of Legal &
Democratic Services to prepare the auction pack and to enter into
the legal documentation to enable a sale to be completed.
