A review of the Code of Conduct for Members
and the procedure for considering complaints that Members have
breached the Code of Conduct has been undertaken by the Working
Group nominated by the Governance, Ethics and Standards Committee
and considered by GES. The purpose of this report is to ask Council
to consider and adopt the proposed amendments to the
Code.
