The purpose of this report is to:
a) Inform Cabinet of the statutory duties that the Council must
perform in its responsible authority role for the preparation and
approval of a Local Nature Recovery Strategy for Derbyshire by 31
March 2025
b) Seek the approval of Cabinet to the proposed method and
governance arrangements outlined in this report that are designed
to enable this duty to be fulfilled.
