To seek Cabinet approval to use the Provision
of Library Stock to East Midlands and Mid Anglia Libraries (EMMA)
Consortium Framework for the provision of library stock to
Derbyshire Libraries under Protocol 2a: use of non-DCC
Framework.
To seek approval to carry out the procurement and to delegate
approval to award call-off contracts to the Executive Director for
PLACE.
To advise Cabinet that the contract value, over six years
(including extensions), based on current expenditure, would be,
£2,596,800 (£432,000 per annum).
