recommendations by the Appointments and Conditions of Service
Committee; and
To consider an amendment to the Constitution to remove the Code of
conduct for Employees and the Ethics Statement from the
Constitution and delegate decision-making regarding future
amendments to the Appointments and Conditions of Service
Committee.
