The Cabinet Member for Adult Care:
a) Note the latest position following the review of decisions made
under urgent delegated powers arising from the COVID-19
Pandemic.
b) As there are now 2 decisions remaining which were made under the
urgent delegated powers that require reviewing, it is recommended
that both the Executive Director for Adult Social Care and Health
and the Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care review these decisions
on a monthly basis only.
