On behalf of the residents of Derbyshire, we express our deepest sorrow at the passing of Her Late Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II who served the Nation and Commonwealth with such dedication during her extraordinary reign and extend to His Majesty King Charles III, the Prince of Wales and to the Members of the Royal Family the heartfelt sympathy and sincere condolences of Derbyshire County Council for their loss.
