Councillor S Spencer introduced a report, which had been circulated in advance of the meeting, presenting the procurement strategy for the Corporate Property division as well as approval for the use of five non-Derbyshire County Council frameworks for delivering construction projects.

RESOLVED to:

1)   Approve the Corporate Property Procurement Strategy; and

2)   Approve the use of the following Frameworks to deliver construction projects for the next twelve months;

a)   Crown Commercial Services (Modular Buildings and Construction);

b)   Department for Education (Construction);

c)    ESPO (Modular Buildings);

d)   NHS Shared Business Services (Modular Buildings and Construction); and

e)   Scape (Construction).
