Councillor J Patten introduced a report, which had been circulated in advance of the meeting that sought Cabinet’s support to extend the Transitions Service on a time-limited basis whilst a full delivery model was developed.

RESOLVED:

To support the extension of the Transitions Service on a time-limited basis (for 22 months from 1October 2022 to 31 July 2024), funded through the accumulated supporting families reserve; whilst a co-produced partnership Early intervention and Prevention Strategy is designed and developed, and further work is undertaken to ascertain what the future partnership delivery model will be.
