To inform Cabinet of the continuing success and progress being made at Markham Vale and to provide an overview of economic development activity over the period October 2022 to October 2023.
That Cabinet notes the continued success and progress in redeveloping Markham Vale and the scale and nature of work required to be undertaken over the coming years to complete the project.

Decision:

RESOLVED to:

 

1)   Note the continuing success and progress made in bringing forward development at Markham Vale and the economic activity that has taken place over the period October 2022 to October 2023; and

 

2)   Note and approve the activity planned over the coming years to bring the project to completion.
