approve an increase in the recommended selling price of school
meals
That the Cabinet member
approves:
1)
An increase to the price of a primary free and UIFSM
School meal in line with Government funding (only) and to increase
the paid primary school meal to £3.25; and
2) An increase in the value of the secondary paid and free school meal offer to £3.55, but with the cost charged to Schools for a secondary free school meal by the Catering Service being £2.90.
To ensure that the Catering Service remains financially viable and commercially competitive.
