The purpose of this report is to seek
authority from Cabinet Member to:
3.1 Declare the former Church Gresley Infants & Nursery School
surplus to the Council’s requirements.
3.2 Set the reserve price for a sale by auction at
£300,000.
3.3 Authorise the Director of Legal & Democratic Services to
prepare the contract and legal pack and to enter into the legal
documentation to enable a sale to be completed.
Approves the recommendations of this report;
to declare The Property surplus to the Council’s requirements
and to agree the recommended reserve price of £300,000 for a
proposed sale by auction, authorising
the Director of Legal & Democratic Services to prepare the
contract and legal pack and enter into the necessary legal
documentation for the sale to be completed.
