To seek Cabinet approval for County Transport,
Fleet Services to:
a) Accept a contract variation agreement from Derbyshire
Constabulary as a Traded Service to enter into a 12 month
extension, commencing 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024, for vehicle
maintenance services inclusive of service, repair, commissioning,
and breakdown of the Derbyshire Constabulary Vehicle fleet,
and
b) Accept a contract variation agreement from Derbyshire
Constabulary as a Traded Service to enter into a further 12 month
extension, commencing 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025, for vehicle
maintenance services inclusive of service, repair, commissioning,
and breakdown of the Derbyshire Constabulary Vehicle fleet.

To approve the recommendation as detailed in the not for publication report.
