To ask Cabinet to note the decision made under urgent powers to enter into contracts to deliver a 3G football pitch and new changing facilities on the Council’s land at Cemetery Road, Glossop, having considered that the scope of works required have increased as the requirements of the site and the contractual arrangements have been better undertstood.
