To seek Cabinet approval for a period of consultation with the public and key stakeholders on the potential relocation of Clay Cross and Staveley Libraries, for the Executive Director- Place, in liaison with the Cabinet Member for Strategic Leadership, Culture and Tourism and the Director of Legal and Democratic Services to be given delegated authority to approve the final version of the public consultation documents, and to note that a further report will be submitted to Cabinet following the period of public consultation seeking approval to the preferred outcome.
