The purpose of this report is to set out the
plan of actions to deliver an existing budget saving agreed as part
of the 2021-22 Medium Term Financial Plan (“MTFP”), and
to seek the necessary approvals to commence implementation in
advance of the financial year 2023-24.
The report also seeks approvals to commence consultation in
relation to the implementation of the above budget saving. The
proposed consultation will also seek resident input on additional
savings proposals that have not been formally adopted at this
time.
