To seek approval under Protocol 2a of the Council’s Financial Regulations to utilise the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) Framework for specialist professional services to commission a specialist independent analysis of the Derbyshire Integrated Health and Social Care System. The proposed contract will be for a period up to 6 months.
