To seek Cabinet approval to commence the
detailed preparation work for the BSIP Programme in terms of
commissioning relevant goods and services, using existing
Frameworks and the Council’s tendering processes.
As the final settlement is anticipated, it is necessary to prepare
commissioning documents in advance for the immediate commencement
of delivery work, so that it can begin immediately on a
cost-effective basis, using existing procurement systems.
