Approval is sought to set the reserve price
for sale by auction of the former Evergreen Family Centre, Albany
Street, Ilkeston, DE7 5AD for £250,000. Approval is also
sought to authorise the Director of Legal and Democratic Services
to prepare the necessary contractual documentation to enable the
sale to be completed.It is considered the capital receipt may
exceed £500,000 if demand on the day of the auction is
competitive and interest strong, and for this reason the Director
of Property is seeking Cabinet Member approval to ensure the
necessary approvals are in place.
