To receive welcome and introduction from the Chair of the Investment Committee.

To consider and approve the minutes of the Investment Committee meeting held on 30 September 2024.

Members of the public may ask questions if they have given notice and provided the text of the question to Governance Services (governance@eastmidsdevo.org.uk) no later than 5pm on Monday 25 November 2024 and include the name and address of the questioner and the name of the Member to whom the questioner would like the question put.

The total time set aside for such questions and answers will be limited to 30 minutes with no extension of time, and questions not dealt with in this time will be dealt with by written responses.

This is an engagement item on the upcoming Inclusive Growth Commission and how the Investment Committee will help to inform its work.

Officers will deliver a presentation at the meeting, a copy of that presentation is attached.

Engagement on creation of EMCCA’s future pipeline and the co-commissioning of Investment projects and programmes.

Overview of the East Midlands Investment Zone and the progress of the programme.

To update the Investment Committee on the ongoing programmes of the LEP that will be transferred to EMCCA.

To update the Investment Committee on ongoing activity to enhance the interim lifecycle and the Assurance Framework, and plans to develop a Single Assurance Framework for Inclusive Growth.
