Minutes: Members welcomed xx and xx to deliver a presentation on behalf of Vertas, and Matthew Self, on behalf of Concertas, to deliver presentations outlining key aspects of the work that they had been carrying out over the past year.

RESOLVED to:
1) Note the information in the report and given in the presentations; and
