To consider the urgent exempt report of the Executive Director - Commissioning, Communities and Policy on Contract for Audio Visual and Video Conferencing System for Coroner's Service. In accordance with the Council's Constitution, in order to enable this report to be considered, the Chairman of the Improvement & Scrutiny Committee - Resources, Councillor Tony Kemp has agreed that the taking of the decision cannot reasonably be deferred. It is necessary for this contract to be awarded as a matter of urgency due to the lead time for implementation and the Christmas holiday period.
